This is my 1946 Evinrude Speedifour. I got lucky with the parts, as this was basically a 'dead' motor when I got it. The jugs were severely cracked, and the crank was in rough shape as the flywheel had spun out.

• Recent addition to the stable is a 1946 Evinrude Model 6039 Speeditwin that is almost complete. This motor also was stuck, but is now in running condition (thanks Rick)

• 1956 Evinrude Fleetwin 7.5HP This one is all new internally, from the gears to the reedcage, but since it is a user motor, I didn't get the original paint color, using a mid 60's Evinrude color instead.
